Eric Koston and Rick McCrank are still in Toronto, having a killer time filming for the upcoming éS video with filmer Scuba Steve and the rest of the Girl team. In the midst of it all, they found time to stop by the Canadian Open Battle of the Brands.
Our own little handrail killer, Nyjah Huston, was up there, as well. Seems that after taking it all at Am Getting Paid just last week, he qualified to enter. What's even funnier is that he's only 10 years old and competing with the biggest pros. Nyjah killed it the whole weekend and placed a respectable 4th, even though everyone believed he should have taken 1st. Sometimes that's just the way it goes, but all in all, everyone had a great time.
Rodrigo Tx. has been spotted at éS Footwear World Headquarters working on some future apparel and shoe designs. Justin Eldridge also has some ideas cooking these days. Look for his pro model shoe, the Theory, coming sometime in 2006.
P.J. Ladd has been spotted with his good friend Eli Reed in Los Angeles, chompin' on some snacks at a place called Boston's Best Pizza, or something like that. Do P.J. and Eli miss home, or is it just that L.A. doesn't have any good pizza? Maybe they should plan a filming trip to NYC, which, as everyone knows, has the whole pizza thing on lockdown.
Antwuan Dixon is back in Victorville, California, where he has been spotted straight kicking it with his mom. After spending a lot of time skating and filming around Los Angeles, he decided it was time to show mom some love.
