I don't like this shoe it's to bland and to me it doesn't really seem eS same goes for PJ's shoe. I think PJ's shoe is really diapointing since it's basically a DC Lynx 2. Just my opinon.
I have to agree, his shoe is just to basic looking even though it probablly skates really good

what happened to the flo breathable tongue stuff? i don't see that in any modles and I was thinking it was going to be put in every shoe, just like the STI foam.
the shoe is not avalible to be seen online, you will have to ask your local skate shop about being able to see there e'S orderform cataloge. If your lucky enough to be liked by them , than you might just get some little eye candy.
The PJ is such a good skate shoe. The sole is so grippy and it looks super tight. I agree it's simple but it skates way better than most simple looking shoes. PJ really spent time on the measurements and got it just the way he likes it. As for the Flik it's a solid shoe, not my favorite but it gets the job done.
I will order the PJ's the second they are released, and as far as the flik, if you want a basic shoe for cheap stick with the accel.

Cale rocked a few pairs. We made plaid ones that are coming out in the future. They look so insane. The Accel is the best skate shoe but once you ride the PJs and some of the other ones we got coming out you'll have a hard time deciding which pair to rock.

yeah, the flik is overall not bad, i don't like that wierd thig at the top of the tounge tho.

éS must remained éS with making inovating shoes (scheme, radle, tribo) and not tried to make like the other one.
One time josh P. said that i have to turn to the future when we talk about a retro line, but when i see the flick i'm asking who must have to turn to the future with an old design like this.
The shoe looks good, and has heel protection. What more do you need? I know, i need a pair of those FLIKS!!! haha
tony-Skateboarding ftwr right now is all about simplicity. Believe me dude, we have some insane stuff in the pipe that will definitely get you stoked. As for the antisocial and flik I think the spirit comes from the skater rocking them not just the shoe. It's all opinion and in the end it's just skateboarding, have fun.
i'd be down to grab a pair of these bad larry's if i wasnt hooked on the accels and i still got a pair of k1's waiting for some action like some fine aged wine.
I have to agree with Tony. Thats what got me into es in the first place. They just looked so different and so much better then all the other shoes on the market. These days most skate shoes look the same, with minor differences.
To me DVS is the only stand out brand ATM. There the only company left making technical looking skate shoes IMO.
The plaid colorway of this shoe is_the best part.
I personally like skating in éS socks. Just the socks, that's right. It's all opinion. If you like other brands cool. I personally like dragons that spit fire and live in caves. Just got the new "the skateboard mag", dam they use some nice paper.

Yo Tony-V7 might not of chose to carry it for France. If the shops don't have it order it on-line.
THe Ek01 was an amazing shoe but the original factory that made that shoe burnt down. So many shoe molds were lost. We tried to remake it a couple years ago but it came out bad. We talk about bringing it back but the first one was so good why bother. It's all about progression and like I said the new things we have in the works are pretty awesome.
"_the best part" is done but the new stuff doesn't drop until Jan 1. Until then deal with it.

tony no offense or anything but our kinda dumb most shoes look alike nowadays anyway...the flik doesn't resemble the cx 205...and no shoe on es right now resembles a dunk or air force 1. Shoe designs are generic about the only companys that keep it real are Lakai, Emerica, and well there aren't any otheres hat come to my mind right now...the lakers k7's are so gay looking he should do the main color yellow and white with a touch of purple...but then again he doesn't really care cause he rocks Lakai now...

not really tony, the felon is more like the PJ's the flick is like a mix of shoes. to me it has a really DC vibe to it.
Flik is a good shoe, but i just want to highlight the fact that each skate shoe compagny have the same shoe, with the same design...
Imagine a kid now at a skate shop, he see the same design for all skate shoe brand.
In the past, a kid have the choice between high design shoe. In 1999-2000 for exemple, a kid have to choice between Diode, scheme and other skate brand. éS is like to become like the other by copying other design. In the past the difference of éS was innovation...
get over it tony, what's done is done, we can't keep whining about things that allreday happend, the skate shoe industry is into the whole simple designs right noow, maybe It'll change but I highly doubt it. If you like the old techy designs that much than go on e bay france or whatever you have over there.
