Seventeen-year-old amateur Antwuan Dixon joins the éS team. Hailing from a rough neighborhood in Los Angeles, the big boy Antwuan, friend of the Baker crew, transcends his surroundings with the big moves.
Jay Maldonado becomes the new éS Team Manager. With his do-it-yourself attitude, skateboard filming knowledge and passion for sneaker culture, Jay becomes a big asset to the éS family.
Ten-year-old upstart Nyjah Huston wins Tampa Am and Am Getting Paid.
éS flow rider Bobby Worrest takes over the magazine world with a Check Out in TransWorld Skateboarding, a six-page interview in Skateboarder and an eight-page interview in The Skateboard Mag--all in the same month!
The éS team goes on filming missions to Hong Kong, Greece and Barcelona, Spain.
Eric Koston tours Chile, South America with Cameron Diaz for MTV's Trippin', then joins P.J. Ladd in Japan to film, demo and sign autographs for Fourstar.
Boost Mobile presents Eric Koston's éS Game of SKATE, which continues as a worldwide amateur series complete with its very own tour van. The third Am World Championships and Pro Finals go down on September 10 at the Action Sports Retailer trade show in San Diego, California.
éS Footwear hosts its 10 Year Anniversary party at CJ Art Gallery in San Diego, California. Attended by the éS team, employees, industry heads and friends, the party's highlights include a special photo exhibit that shows off a decade of some of the éS team’s most legendary moments. The snaps--fancy mounted color prints, actually--are auctioned off silently and the money is donated to Hurricane Katrina survivors.
The éS Spring line adds the Accelerate, the Cramer, the Esva, the Mack and the Radle. The Fall line adds Eric Koston's seventh pro model skate shoe, the K7, plus the Maccel, the Murray, the Rideaway and the Standard.

10 years later we remember only the K3, EOS, Muska, Creager, K1, Scheme...
But in 10 years, in 2015, what shoes we will remember ? Murray ? Esva ? Standard ? PJLADD ? RTX2 ? i don't think so...
éS is gonna be not the technical footwear brand we had know since 13 years.

i made three weeks ago in class a shoe very similar to the Esva it is almost exactly the same model except the one i made has the ES logo in the center.
Josh P. is the Esva a shoes that was never made or are you guys gonna make it for next year.

eS doesn't make shoes like they did anymore. skate shoes look all the same right now. take a look a every newly released skate shoe, they basically share designs with other companies. even the new pj ladd shoe, there's nothing special or unique about its design. bring back the koston 1 and the arto!

PJLADD are the same as other, K8 are simply hideous, ...
Make new design is not only copy other brand because you think it's fashion and style. you don't have to align the design with the other, the difference is an argument of success too... A scheme, without copying each other made this OWN style...
In the past the difference between éS and the other was the technical style...
Compare the 99/00 line to the 04/05 line... And, Craig, compare the selling between the scheme and a flik or a maccel.
And don't try to tell me that the market & consumers are different.
If i want buy classical shoes, i go to etnies. If i'm a underground guy, i go to emerica.

You guys need to stop worrying about what your shoes look like and go skate. Maybe shoes all look the same (I don't agree with that but whatever) because they all use a similar design that works.

Why does everyone like p-rod? Jereme Rogers skates better than him but p-rod gets all the attention. P-rod skips teams too much too, I mean, he switched 'es for Nike SB, which was the stupidest team switch I've ever seen, and he switched Girl for the revival of Plan B. I think he even quit Fourstar for some stupid reason.
Craig would be the one you need to talk to about getting those pictures up.

I would personaly buy the K1. I've had them before. I like the G2 and the triple stitching. The Flik has niether.
2005 sucked. Except for the release of the K7, now there's something to be happy about. I've known that J-Rog is better than P-Rod for quite some time now. Ever since I saw SkateMore, I instantly knew Jereme Rogers was like 10 times better than Paul Rodriguez. I don't think I've ever seen anyone else with a cleaner switch 360 flip than Jereme. As far as arguing about what eS is becoming, or for that matter, what it has become, just stop it. It is what it is...that's all I have to say about it. Hopefully 2006 will be more enjoyable.
