We'd like to start this week's Team Report off with something a little different...a behind-the-scenes photo of a secret photo shoot that's actually so top secret, even we don't know what it's all about. Don't keep an eye on this column for more details, cuz there probably won't be any.
Eric Koston has been golfing, skating Atiba's mini-ramp, filming and shooting photos.
Rick McCrank is spending some time in San Francisco, skating the Deluxe warehouse and visiting friends. All you Canadian heads better check Rick's "Killing Time" article in the latest issue of SBC Magazine.
Rodrigo Tx. and the rest of the Flip team have been in kicking it at Geoff Rowley's house in Arizona, where former éS team rider Bob Burnquist skated off a vert ramp / rail contraption straight into a parachute jump into the Grand Canyon. I'm going to have to say right here and now that Bob is simply bodacious!
P.J. Ladd is back home in Los Angeles after spending some time in Hawaii with the Plan B guys. He paid a visit to the éS offices today to talk a little shop and go over some future colorways of his brand-new éS pro shoe. Have you bought a pair yet? I must say they are by far the grippiest shoes I've ever skated.
Justin Eldridge has been visiting the éS offices a lot lately, too, working closely with our footwear and apparel designers on some future products, as well as hitting up the new éS training facility. Look for a full exposé on that here on the éS site soon.
Cale Nuske and éS flow riders Bobby Worrest and Mike Barker have all been skating around with filmer Scuba Steve up in Los Angeles, as well as wrapping things up for the éS video with Mike Manzoori. Look for it sometime later this Summer.
Javier Sarmiento is still hanging out at home in Vittoria, Spain, enjoying his newfound love for rapper Cormega in between skate sessions.
Nyjah Huston and his family have been on a little vacation down in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I wonder how they managed to get that big RV of theirs down there?
