After having trouble finding a location, the crew at Rise skate shop in Carmel, Indiana literally rose to the occasion with a perfect spot for the éS Game of SKATE on Sunday, July 9, 2006: at a local skatepark in a nearby town. Thanks for coming through, Buddy!
Although it was one of the smaller Games in terms of entrants, don’t let that be confused with lesser-quality skating. My vote to make the top five in San Diego goes to the winner of the Rise game: Patrick Binkley. It’s pretty cool to see that Patrick is also one of the top 10 in Slap's One In A Million contest.

As a matter of fact, I think that the top three at this éS Game of SKATE would all do well in San Diego, perhaps better than some of the winners at the other stops. Tony Allanson and Ryan Weddle both ripped, and the Finals were great. Although Patrick came out on top today, it could’ve been either of those two on any other day.
