Alexis takes silver at X Games 15!
Chalk up an X Games Silver for our girl Alexis Sablone. Yeah, she's still killing it like back in the day, only now she does it with degree in architecture from Columbia University.
Today Alexis ripped harder than most of your favorite guy pros do. Congrats, Alexis! You're makin' us proud!

Game of SKATE NYC shut down! New location!
The éS Game of SKATE crew was told we couldn't hold the Game of SKATE at the L.E.S. Skatepark today (Tuesday) so we've got a new spot at 12th & A. The Game will be held Thursday, July 30, at 2pm. The spot is right next to Public School #60 on 12th Street between Avenue A and 1st Avenue. Please do not go to the spot before 1pm as there are other activities before that time.
We will do signups again, which will go much faster this time since there will not be free stuff to give away. If it looks like rain, we will hold out and hold on for it to dry up. It's New York in the summer, it will get dry. If for some reason we are unable to hold the Game of SKATE at all on Thursday, please check the schedule for other games nearby, and stay tuned for the Game of SKATE makeup time later in the summer.
Thanks for understanding our need to change the spot and time... it was out of our control.

Alexis takes 3rd at Dew Tour!
Looks like Alexis Sablone took full advantage of the Dew Tour being in her own Boston stomping grounds... wouldn't you?
But that's not all... she took third in Women's Park prelims and finals. three is the magic number...
