Here is the latest video to come from the Quiksilver Canada Tour that Danny Garcia was on.
Danny Garcia
Originally from Anaheim, California and currently residing in Brea, Danny Garcia is one of the most respected street skaters on the scene today, best known for his buttery smooth steez and his technical prowess.
After picking up skating in 1995, Danny first busted into the skateboarding industry riding for the infamous City Stars team and earned a reputation for his ability to produce a light-footed flick and still stomp his tricks through the ground when it came time to land them. After moving to the Habitat team and putting out an amazing section in their section of Alien Workshop's Photosynthesis, Danny clinched the last part in the modern-day classic Mosaic and made quite clear his status as a top-tier pro.
His most recent part in Habitat's Inhabitants shows that Danny has still been putting in work, even if he isn't on the front and back cover of every magazine each month. Danny joined up with éS in 2006 and has been repping the accent ever since.
Danny lists Drake Jones and Jovantae Turner as two of his favorite skaters and 20 Shot Sequence and Mouse as two of his favorite videos. After you study his major influences, Danny's trick and spot selection all start to make sense. With every photo or piece of footage Danny puts out, he looks at home no matter if he's flipping into and out of ledge tricks with a casual roll away or popping a nollie over a gap to crooked grind.
Besides skating, Danny also enjoys pickin' and grinnin' on the guitar, hanging out with his buddies from Liberty Board Shop and repping his other sponsors like Quiksilver clothing and Royal trucks. When you get chance, you should stop by Liberty, say what's up and check out Danny's second pro model shoe, the Garcia 2.
To Europe With Love - Video
From May 30th - June 12th, the éS Skateboarding team will be coming ‘To Europe With Love’.
Danny Garcia and The Program
Quiksilver created the iconic Mountain and Wave logo into a legit ledge and skated it with their team. The 22 foot long obstacle was made of wood with concrete edges and this video made for the obstacle, called The Program, features some epic skating from éS pro, Danny Garcia.
