United States store: unused items can be returned within 30 days; exchanges are not supported; United States domestic returns are free of charges, while international orders are responsible for return costs; items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags; outbound shipping is not part of the refund; no refunds for price differences once a sale starts ; items on sale are non-refundable. Europe store: returns must go through the online return form ; in most European countries a prepaid label is provided but a €16 return or restock fee is deducted; in the UK, Netherlands, and Switzerland you arrange shipping yourself. 

Shipping depends on the store region you are ordering from. United States store: free ground shipping over $75; ground delivery can take from 3 to 10 business days; orders typically ship in 1 to 2 business days; tracking is emailed and can take up to 72 hours to update; orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed; no shipping to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.  Europe store: ships the next working day from a warehouse in France; free shipping over €100 within the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland; ships via FedEx for EU and UK and DPD for Switzerland; only ships within those regions; no military addresses or P.O. boxes.

Follow the care label first. For tees and fleece: wash cold, turn inside out, go easy on heat to keep prints and shape crisp; for denim: wash less often and avoid high heat drying if you want the fit to stay consistent.

The Baggy Denim Pant is made of 100% cotton 12.5 oz denim with a perfect baggy fit, medium weight denim, 5 pocket construction, and an embroidered front pocket logo. 

Fabric depends on the model; always check the product page for the exact blend. For example: the Main Block Pullover is made of 80/20 cotton/poly fabric. 

Fabric can vary from one model to another. For example: the Script Tee is made from 100% cotton 5.1 oz jersey with a rib collar, shoulder to shoulder taping, double needle hems, an éS woven clamp label, and a logo screenprint. 

Start with chest and waist; then match your numbers to the Tops size chart. For example: size M corresponds to a chest measurement of 93 to 101 cm and waist 81 to 86 cm; if you are between sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a cleaner fit.

Fit depends on the piece; use the size chart for Tops and size up if you are between sizes. For bottoms, the denim pants are true to size and feature a nice baggy fit.
