What happen to the stickers?

Shoes came in for my gf. beautiful swift 1.5 but was actually kinda disappointed there was no sticker.

Lack of customer service

I have ordered skate shoes through Es on many occasions and never had an issue. However, I placed my most recent order on November 20th, it is now December 8th and the order status has not moved from "confirmed". It's 18 days later and I don't have an update on the status of my order. There is no Customer Service number for me to call. I sent a "reply" to my order email confirmation inquiring about the status of the order. I also sent two messages through the website's Contact Us portal. I have not heard back from anyone regarding the status of my order. I ordered the shoes for my son's birthday. Here we are 4-days from my son's birthday with no shoes, and no updates from Es even though the money has already been charged to my account. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service from Es.

Sickest shoes I ever bought

These baby pink Accel shoes are possibly my most favorite shoes ever. Everything is the same baby pink. Soles, shoelaces, eyelets, everything... They are perfect!
